Windham Fabrics is proud to introduce The Premier Collection by Lotta Jansdotter, a new fabric collection with designer Lotta Jansdotter.

Who is Lotta?

Lotta is an entrepreneur with many skills and always on the go.  She creates stationery, writes books, holds craft workshops, and was recently on Martha Stewart showcasing her creative work with stenciling.

Lotta-1
Lotta's work is about her life, and life is her inspiration.  Her genius lies in exploring the beauty of everyday things.  Lotta Jansdotter's designs are like little plants working their way through cracks in the sidewalk.  Things of simple beauty that bring relief to the urban landscape.  Her look is sleek and urban and her products are created for a busy city life.  Here at Windham Fabrics we are energized about presenting Lotta's new collection "The Premier Collection by Lotta Jansdotter".

Yipes, I agree; what an amazing collection. Also, I’m so enthused to find a fabric designer who is hip, attractive and in great shape who offers a line of fabrics to quilters.
Lotta should be the poster girl for quilters. She doesn’t have “quilters butt” and I would like to see a designer of her caliber offer a fat quarter with tips on how to loose a fat quarter.
Whatta you say, Lotta? Are you up to the challenge?

  2. Susan Collesidis says:

I agree, the fabric is fabulous…your comments are mean-spirited. Let’s focus on the beautiful fabric and not the attractiveness of the designer! I really don’t think she would be flattered by your post. Kindness is always the best policy!

  3. Looks wonderful! I hope I can find it in Canada. (And I really don’t care how about the body size of textile designers … just don’t see how her level of fitness is relevant at all, or how you could determine such a thing from a photo).

Lovely! Can we get a tutorial for the bag somewhere? Or is it still just “promotional sewing”?
    Thanks for sharing these ideas
